Dr Natalia Wielgat

Natalia graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and is a qualified Attorney-at-Law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.  In 2022 she defended a Ph.D dissertation at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the field of commercial law entitled "Solvency test as an instrument for the protection of creditors of capital companies – a comparative legal study".

Natalia specialises in company law and civil law. Her experience includes due diligence investigations, corporate services for business entities and preparing legal opinions in matters relating to commercial law.
