Information on the processing of personal data 

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "GDPR"), please note that: 

1. The controller of your personal data, which we obtain in connection with establishing contact with you (by telephone, email, letter or in person), is Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Królewska 18, 00-103 Warsaw, entered in the commercial register of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0001006526, email: kancelaria@krassowski.com, tel. +48 22 560 0200 (the "Controller" or "Krassowski i Wspólnicy SP. K."). 

2. The Controller processes your personal data for the purposes of for the purposes of the relationship between you and Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., including in connection with the business activity conducted, the legal assistance provided by Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. and related activities and contact, as well as answers to questions raised and the implementation of marketing activities. The data is processed pursuant to the Controller's legitimate interest, which is to ensure the continuity of communication and to facilitate contact with Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. in connection with its business activity and the performance of its obligations arising from contracts or orders (Article 6.1 letters b and f of the GDPR). In addition, the Controller may process your personal data on the basis of your consent to process your personal data for one or more specified purposes in connection with the subject of the contact established with you, including for the purpose of answering questions you might have raised, or for recruitment purposes (Article 6.1 letter a of the GDPR).  

3. The Controller is also obliged to process your personal data in order to fulfil its legal obligations related to its business activities (Article 6.1 letter c of the GDPR). 

4. Personal data is provided on a voluntary basis and is not a contractual or statutory requirement; however, in certain cases the provision of personal data may be necessary for the following purposes:  

1. arising from the legitimate interests of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. mentioned above, including to be able to remain in contact with you; 

2. in connection with for the purposes of the relationship between you and Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.; 

3. necessary for Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. to properly perform its statutory duties and obligations arising from any contracts that have been concluded. 

5. Your personal data may be made available to entities supporting Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. in its business processes, such as: companies providing consulting, legal, accounting, IT, postal, courier and data hosting services, including any entities cooperating with the Controller in the scope of providing services to clients and contractors of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., as well as to Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.’s clients in matters in connection with which your personal data were collected.  

6. Personal data will be kept for the period: (i) of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. conducting the case in connection with which your personal data were collected, (ii) necessary for the proper performance of the Controller's statutory obligations, or resulting from the need to take care of the interests of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.’s clients, (iii) of asserting any potential claims that Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. may have, (iv) until the relevant recruitment processes at Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. have been completed, (v) necessary to carry out Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.’s marketing objectives, (vi) of performing all activities arising out of for the purposes of the relationship between you and Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., (vii) necessary to enforce the terms and conditions of any contracts concluded by Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., (viii) of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.’s liability for services rendered, whichever of these periods is longer.  

7. Any personal data received and used by the Controller from third parties will fall into the following categories: name, surname, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, business and/or residential address, correspondence address, personal identification number (PESEL), tax identification number (NIP), statistical number (REGON), personal identity card number, passport number, telephone number, email address, place of work or service or functions performed, marital status, spouse's data, parents' data, descendants' data, information on education, professional experience and qualifications, previous positions and financial information. 

8. The Controller indicates that the source of your personal data can be any information and data disclosed by third parties. In addition, your personal data may come from publicly available sources, including publicly available business registers, debtors' registers or court registers. 

9. Your personal data will not be used for profiling or for automated decision-making in relation to you. 

10. You have the right to: 

1. access your personal data; 

2. request the rectification of your personal data; 

3. request the erasure of your personal data; 

4. request that the processing of your personal data be restricted; 

5. data portability (provided that the processing is carried out on the basis of a contract concluded with you, or on the basis of your consent);  

6. object to the processing of your personal data. 

11. Where the processing of your personal data is based on the provision of Article 6.1 letter a of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. 

12. Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority – in Poland, this is the president of the Personal Data Protection Office – to the address of the supervisory authority: 2 ul. Stawki, 00-193 Warsaw.

The Cookies Policy

1. Basic definitions:

The terms used in this Cookies Policy have the following meanings:

User Data	IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type;
Google Analytics	a tool used to analyse Web resources. It uses Cookies to allow the Administrator to analyse how Users use the Website. Server Logs	electronic system logs;
User	the entity using the Website;
Cookies	IT data, in particular small text files stored on the User's computer or mobile device when using the Website and intended for use by the Website. Cookies contain, among other things, the name of the Website, the time of storage on the end device and a unique number. Every subsequent time the User visits the Website, the internet browser sends a Cookie to the Website in order to recognise the User, their data and preferences. They make it possible to improve the quality of the services provided, to improve search results and the accuracy of the information displayed and to track User preferences;

2. General provisions

1. This Policy is addressed to the Users of the Website. It defines the type, scope, ways of using Cookies and the related rights and obligations of the User.

2. The legal basis for the Administrator processing the User Data is its legitimate interest (Article 6.1 letters b and f of the GDPR) consisting in promoting its own brand and tracking User preferences in order to improve the quality of the Administrator's services and the accuracy of the information displayed on the Website.

3. The Administrator is the entity placing Cookies on the User's terminal equipment and accessing them.   

3. Collected information

1. When the User uses the Website, User Data is automatically collected. This data can be collected by Cookies or the Google Analytics system and can be recorded in Server Logs.   

2. Consent to the storage or access to Cookies by the Administrator on a computer or mobile device is given by the User through the settings of the installed browser. In order to delete existing Cookies, Users should select the relevant options of their browser.   

3. The User may change the settings of their web browser concerning Cookies at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies by the browser or inform on their placement in the device of the User. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using Cookies are available in the User's software settings (web browser).

4. Types of Cookies

1. The Administrator may use the following types of Cookies:

1. Session Cookies – information stored in the memory of your browser until you log off, leave the Website or turn off the software (web browser). They are necessary for certain functionalities of the Website to work properly;

2. Persistent Cookies – thanks to them, using the Website is easier (e.g. they ensure optimal navigation, remember the chosen resolution and content layout). They can be used for various purposes, including storing individual preferences and the User’s choices while using the Website. These files remain on the User's device for the time specified in the parameters of the Cookie file, or until they are deleted by the User.

2. The above Cookies can be divided into the following categories:

1. Necessary Cookies – enabling the use of services available on the Website;

2. Performance Cookies – making it possible to collect information on the use of the Website;

3. Functional Cookies – registering the User's selected settings and personalising the User's interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or region of origin of the User, font size, appearance of the Website etc.;

4. Cookies used to ensure security – e.g. used to detect an abuse of authentication on the Website.

3. The Administrator points out that social media of third parties may also record information about Users. Therefore, the Administrator stipulates that it does not control the websites or activities of third parties. Information about social media sites can be found on the respective websites.   

5. Use of data

Data provided by the User or collected automatically is used for one or more of the following purposes:

1. For the proper functioning, configuration, security and reliability of the Website;

2. to monitor session status;

3. to adapt the information displayed to the User's preferences;

4. For analyses, statistics, research and audits of the Website's views, which help to understand how the Users use the Website, thereby helping to improve its structure and content.
