The Controller processes your personal data for the purposes of for the purposes of the relationship between you and Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., including in connection with the business activity conducted, the legal assistance provided by Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. and related activities and contact, as well as answers to questions raised and the implementation of marketing activities. The data is processed pursuant to the Controller's legitimate interest, which is to ensure the continuity of communication and to facilitate contact with Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. in connection with its business activity and the performance of its obligations arising from contracts or orders (Article 6.1 letters b and f of the GDPR). In addition, the Controller may process your personal data on the basis of your consent to process your personal data for one or more specified purposes in connection with the subject of the contact established with you, including for the purpose of answering questions you might have raised, or for recruitment purposes (Article 6.1 letter a of the GDPR).

Personal data is provided on a voluntary basis and is not a contractual or statutory requirement; however, in certain cases the provision of personal data may be necessary for the following purposes:

Personal data will be kept for the period: (i) of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. conducting the case in connection with which your personal data were collected, (ii) necessary for the proper performance of the Controller's statutory obligations, or resulting from the need to take care of the interests of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.’s clients, (iii) of asserting any potential claims that Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. may have, (iv) until the relevant recruitment processes at Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. have been completed, (v) necessary to carry out Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.’s marketing objectives, (vi) of performing all activities arising out of for the purposes of the relationship between you and Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., (vii) necessary to enforce the terms and conditions of any contracts concluded by Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k., (viii) of Krassowski i Wspólnicy sp. k.’s liability for services rendered, whichever of these periods is longer.

Any personal data received and used by the Controller from third parties will fall into the following categories: name, surname, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, business and/or residential address, correspondence address, personal identification number (PESEL), tax identification number (NIP), statistical number (REGON), personal identity card number, passport number, telephone number, email address, place of work or service or functions performed, marital status, spouse's data, parents' data, descendants' data, information on education, professional experience and qualifications, previous positions and financial information.

The Controller indicates that the source of your personal data can be any information and data disclosed by third parties. In addition, your personal data may come from publicly available sources, including publicly available business registers, debtors' registers or court registers.

Your personal data will not be used for profiling or for automated decision-making in relation to you.

This Policy is addressed to the Users of the Website. It defines the type, scope, ways of using Cookies and the related rights and obligations of the User.
