Competition law

We advise on matters related with competition law. We represent clients in matters involving imitation, violation of rights to a brand, trademark, business secrets and in matters regarding a breach of non-compete obligations. We assess the behaviour of market participants in light of regulations on competition and consumer protection, as well as regulations on countering unfair market practices. We represent clients in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, including in antimonopoly proceedings related to transactions involving taking control over undertakings.
