Take-overs on the public market

We help with organising public tenders for the sale of shares, minority shareholder squeeze-outs, withdrawing the shares from public trading, and in complying with other obligations related with trading shares on the regulated market. We also have experience in negotiating agreements with investment firms intermediating in transactions on the public market.
