Dr Natalia Wielgat

Natalia Wielgat is a legal counsel affiliated with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. In 2022, she defended her PhD dissertation in commercial and insolvency law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, entitled “The Solvency Test – a Comparative Law Study”, which combines a doctrinal and comparative-law perspective—allowing her to work comfortably on projects requiring an interdisciplinary approach. In 2023, she also completed a degree in film studies at the Warsaw Film School, where her diploma thesis focused on the vivid and distinctive body of work of Andrzej Żuławski.

She specializes in commercial law and civil law, with particular emphasis on advising business entities. She has many years of experience in co-leading transactional processes and due diligence reviews, negotiating commercial agreements, structuring business ventures, providing ongoing corporate support to companies, and preparing legal opinions in the fields of commercial and civil law. In her work, she values analytical precision, clear argumentation, and an approach grounded in an understanding of her clients’ business realities.
