Tomasz Winiarski

Tomasz Winiarski is a student at Kozminski University, where he pursues two fields of study: Law as well as Finance and Accounting. He is currently in his fourth year of Law studies and in the first year of a Master’s programme in Finance and Accounting, which he commenced after completing and defending his Bachelor’s degree.

He is affiliated with the firm as a trainee, where he takes part in the ongoing support of transactional processes, legal analyses, and work related to due diligence reviews.

His primary area of interest is commercial law. With the aim of gaining a broad and practical understanding of this field, he decided to expand his academic path by studying Finance and Accounting, allowing him to better understand the economic and financial aspects of business activity and capital transactions.
