Julian Kwiatkowski

Julian Kwiatkowski is a trainee attorney-at-law registered with the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

Associated with the firm since 2022, he has gained experience advising on mergers & acquisitions involving businesses operating in healthcare, FMCG, access control systems, waste management and real estate sectors. His practice also covers intellectual property protection and legal advice on regulatory matters in a healthcare sector.

Julian graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. His master’s thesis, entitled “Conditions for protection of geographical indications for agricultural products and foodstuffs in the European Union”, received third prize from the Minister of Education and Science in the 21st edition of a competition organised by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
