We support our clients by securing financing for the planned acquisition. We negotiate relevant documentation. We assist with developing an appropriate transaction structure, including the refinancing of indebtedness of target entities. We conduct due diligence reviews required by financial institutions for  providing  financing. We advise on the process of renegotiating terms and conditions of financing, and on any disputes resulting from financing transactions.
