We specifically specialise in company law. Our experience is based on years of advising shareholders, members of management boards and supervisory boards in various circumstances. We assist with the establishment of companies and their branches, with demergers, transformations and mergers of companies and with company liquidations. We advise on agreements between future shareholders and assist with drawing up corporate governance rules that provide the client with the expected influence over company operations. We conduct due diligence investigations required to confirm the sellers’ legal title to shares in a company and, if any legal risks are identified, we recommend remedial measures to ensure the transaction is successful. We represent clients at meetings of shareholders and in court disputes arising in connection with company operations. Our clients include both large public companies and private companies operating in various business sectors.
