Instances where it is necessary to apply criminal trade law in commerce are becoming ever more frequent, and its regulations may be used as instruments in internal disputes between undertakings or former shareholders.

We represent clients in criminal commercial matters and in criminal fiscal matters at all stages of the proceedings. We have extensive knowledge in dealing, on a parallel basis, with multithreaded commercial disputes in which one of the parties has breached the criminal law regulations. Whenever we represent the wronged party, we exercise efforts to secure its interest as soon as possible and to discontinue any activities that are in breach of their rights, and to that aim we cooperate closely with the law enforcement authorities.
