Julian Kwiatkowski

Julian Kwiatkowski is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP). He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, defending his master's thesis entitled"Conditions for protection of geographical indications for agricultural products and foodstuffs in European Union", for which he has been awarded with the 3rd Prize of the Minister of Education and Science as a result of 21st edition of the competition organized by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. 

His professional experience has been in the areas of commercial law, protection of competition, intellectual property and real estate law. Julian is currently focusing on developing his skills in the legal aspects of M&A transactions and providing legal services to clients exercising their rights in intangible assets.
