
Krzysztof Makosz
Krzysztof Makosz is an advocate with more than eleven years of experience in M&A transactions. In addition, he specialises in contract law, competition law and the resolution of commercial disputes.
His transaction experience includes advising clients on the acquisition of entities from various industries, including renewable energy, healthcare, laboratory and imaging diagnostics in medicine, FMCG, IT&C, cosmetics, transport, computer game production, metalworks, production of building materials and interior furnishings.
He also has experience in conducting multi-layered civil, corporate and criminal disputes for corporate clients and company partners, including post-transaction disputes regarding representations and warranties.
Krzysztof graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies – "The Academy of Companies" at the Warsaw School of Economics as well as "Competition Law" at the Institute of Legal Sciences at the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is currently preparing his PhD thesis on liability for a breach of representations and warranties in commercial transactions.
