Martyna Kwiatek

Attorney-at-law (Adovcate), member of the Warsaw Bar Association, and graduate of postgraduate studies – LLM in International Commercial Law (Master of Laws degree).   

Martyna specializes in M&A, companies reorganizations (demergers, mergers, transformations), and corporate law, including the creation and modification of capital structures and corporate governance principles. 

She has experience in both domestic and international transactional projects, working in collaboration with foreign law firms.  

Her previous experience includes working as a lawyer at one of the founding members of a European network of law firms operating in 10 countries.
